Wendy Davis, so-called “Abortion Barbie” running for governor of Texas calls herself “pro-life”:
“I am pro-life,” Davis said during a campaign stop at the University of Texas at Brownsville, according to the Valley Morning Star.
“I care about the life of every child: every child that goes to bed hungry, every child that goes to bed without a proper education, every child that goes to bed without being able to be a part of the Texas dream, every woman and man who worry about their children’s future and their ability to provide for that future,” Davis said. “I care about life and I have a record of fighting for people above all else.”
Oh yeah, she cares about life alright – for those who somehow find a way to fight themselves out of the womb and escape the baby-killing zealots that Davis has no problem with. Pathetic. Hat tip: Hot Air

Remember, it’s just a website problem.
Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius told a Senate panel Wednesday that there are no safeguards in place that would prevent convicted felons from becoming “navigators” for the new health care law implementation.
“That is possible,” Sebelius told Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, who asked her about felons being hired for the job.
Health care navigators are certified counselors hired to help consumers and small businesses with the application process for healthcare.gov, the health insurance exchange website.
Kathleen Sebelius ought to thank her lucky stars she works in an administration that is accountable to nothing and no one. It’s the old Communist manifesto thing, keep telling the lie long enough and people will think it’s the truth. Frankly, she ought to be in jail. Just wait for the lawsuits to come when people’s identities are being stolen from signing up on the Obamacare exchanges. Like they say, pass the popcorn.

At some point don’t you just have to admit you freakin’ lied to the American people when you said folks could keep their health care plans and doctors if they liked them? But no, not this President:
PRESIDENT OBAMA: Now, if you have or had one of these plans before the Affordable Care Act came into law and you really liked that plan, what we said was you can keep it if it hasn’t changed since the law passed. So we wrote into the Affordable Care Act, you’re grandfathered in on that plan. But if the insurance company changes it, then what we’re saying is they’ve got to change it to a higher standard. They’ve got to make it better, they’ve got to improve the quality of the plan they are selling. That’s part of the promise that we made too. That’s why we went out of our way to make sure that the law allowed for grandfathering.
This guy has become nothing more than a laughing-stock. Hope and change, indeed. Keep digging that hole, you lying liar.
