Tax cheats should go to jail. If The Great White Shank were Tom Daschle I'd be in jail or calling one of those 1-800 numbers at 1 AM - you know the kind: owe 120K, settle for $3.50.

Simple fact: Democrats love to spend other peoples tax money but sure seeem to have a hard time living up to their end of the bargain. Obama's choices are just showing what hypocrites they are.

This whole episode of the tax cheats points out that our new President is trying to do too many things too quickly with a staff that doesn't have the experience or time to do proper vetting of their candidates.

This is what you get when you hire inexperience for a chief executive job. And is exactly what Republicans warned everyone about during the campaign while the lamestream media ignored those warnings and cuddled their warm and fuzzy candidate.

Sadly, we got exactly what we hoped we wouldn't get.

From the same article...Update: February 3, 2009
"After this editorial was published, Tom Daschle did the right thing – for himself and more important for the Obama administration – and withdrew his name from nomination as Secretary of Health and Human Services."
The article also said that these "evasions" were unintentional. Now, if President Obama had a psychic ability to know what individual's did/did not pay on their taxes, I could hold him accountable and so could you.
Guess this may make you spit your coffee as you read it...but this is what you get when you have a bleeding heart liberal for a friend who loves to feed your wife baked cheese grits right in front of you (which also makes you spit your coffee).
