Thanks for the comments, Kim and Dona, I’ll just be moseying along with the tumblin’ tumbleweeds for a dip in my 94-degree pool. Considering it’s exactly 96 outside and my body temp is 98, it oughta feel like walking and swimming through a car wash in Miami!

Dear Poet,

Love your poem! However you should know that it has been in the ninety degree range for the past couple of days in merry New England (with more forecast) and, as you know well, not all buildings or homes are air conditioned, as most are in let’s say–Arizona!

No sympathy from me! Keep writing poetry.
