Thought I’d come up with something a little more original than that, didn’t you? Well, this isn’t Rob or Kerry guest-blogging, it’s The Great White Shank back from the Hawaiian Islands and feeling tanned, rested, and ready to assume the comm at the good ship Goodboys Nation once again. This isn’t just goin’ down the pond and fishing for tommycocks and bluegills, mind you, this is the big time, and it’s great to be back.
The blogging will be light today, as we got in just after 1 AM last night and there’s a pile of clothes to be washed and souveniers to sort out. Let me just use this occasion to get my sea legs back and send out a big “mahalo!” to Kerry and Rob for a truly fantastic job guest-blogging while I was away. With the financial inducements provided, Rob no longer has to worry about how sweet his mortgage could be, and Kerry no longer has to worry about working in tandem with the rest of her soccer teammates, she can now own her own professional franchise!
But seriously, folks, one of the great joys of blogging is knowing you can continue to enjoy a well-deserved break from it even while your brain is spinning around new topics to blog on and concocting original titles for future posts. (Sometimes that’s half the battle!) Rob and Kerry made that possible, and I hope they know I’ll be more than happy to reciprocate when their own vacation times come ’round. I also hope you’ll continue to keep their respective blogs in your daily blogsphere walkabouts.
Lots of things to blog and muse about over the next few days about Hawai’i and our vacation, but for now I’ve got to try and find that damned cell phone that got misplaced somewhere between Maui and Japan. But then again, what would a vacation be without losing at least something along the way? Aloha!
Welcome back, GWS. Will do a better job next time providing someone around here doesn’t break the internet again. As for the empty fridge, I’m not totally responsible. Kerry was in it, too.

Yeah, thanks alot Rob. Hope you enjoyed draining all that Opus One; I know Kerry found the Samuel Adams Octoberfest refreshing. How’d you know I hid them in the rabbit cages? 🙂
