No need to write a whole lot today, as everyone – even Rob – is taking a little bit of a break, and well we all should. After all, it is Labor Day!
* While we commemorate Labor Day, economically it’s Thanksgiving, as our country and economy have a lot to be thankful for.
* Congrats to Tiger Woods on his fifth consecutive tour victory. It would be easy to say he’s on a roll, but the one he’s on right now is truly a thing to behold. Fellow Goodboys Killer and The Funny Guy watched him at work yesterday – I sure hope they learned something!
* Crikey! R.I.P. Steve Irwin. You brought a lot of joy into a lot of peoples’ lives, and you will be missed. Your fans can console themselves knowing you died doing the things you love most, but you went far too soon.
* Denton at Surviving Grady is right – what do we do with our Septembers when the only Sox games on the tube are those that involve playing only for pride?
A happy Labor Day to everyone!
Truth of the matter is I had zero inspiration. Don’t tell anyone.
